I am responsible for ensuring Profitability.net’s network and systems are highly available and responsive. My job as CTO is to manage and monitor capacity and also evaluate new systems and solutions for our clients. I also work with clients on escalated network and system issues. My primary focus is business development focusing on our colocation and managed services practice. I also develop strategic partnerships with the region’s top system integrators, design, and development firms. My family taught me to look for solutions, not dwell in problems. I try to listen to our client’s needs and help them find a solution. My job as the Shared Services Product Manager is to provide outstanding service to our clients and provide sales and implementation support for additional services such as Email Archiving, Email Marketing, Hosting and Web Statistics. To serve you better and more efficiently my responsibility is to analyze the manual processes and implement an automated process. Some of the automated services I have implemented are :

· Portal a single point of access to all your services we offer like bandwidth graphs, backup and email reports, remote reboot, PDU information, invoices and also to submit support tickets.

· Monthly PDF Email invoice, weekly Bandwidth and Backup reports.

· Email Reminders with Aging Reports, Credit Card Renewals, Account Renewals etc.

· CRM tool for our sales and technical team.
