System Administrator

Ideal candidate will possess:

· B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.

· 4+ years experience with Linux/Unix/Cisco Networking

· Expertise in Redhat Linux system administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.

· Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking including Cisco Routers and switching and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

· Strong knowledge of DNS

· Experience running high-traffic web services, including requirements, service configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and change management.

· Virtualization infrastructure experience with Citrix XenServer or VMware

· Knowledge of network and system security, device hardening, etc.

· SQL experience a plus, MySQL a plus.

· Experience with Windows Server Platforms a plus.

• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Ability to handle shared 24×7 on-call duty.
